To promote and minister to the
diverse needs of the hearts of women in Western Massachusetts area and to bring about growth and change their lives; and to
lead them in a positive direction which will cause their lives to change and help them to reach their life goals.
Vision Statement
Heart to Heart is a Women’s organization dedicated to enrich the female community at large by enhancing
women’s life experiences.
We are a strategic organization
delivering services across Western Massachusetts.
We are developing policies and processes in response to our membership that can be adapted for use by partners
and members alike, and we will be able to develop ourselves by working with our professional partners within the community.
We will work together to:
* Recognize and celebrate women's achievements * Accelerate change and meet the diverse
needs of 2 groups of women ages 11-17 and 18-up. *Share expertise knowledge and experience *Challenge organizanizations
and communities * Gain Friendship * Empower women for growth * Promote
equality, equity and the diverse needs of women. * Promote personal and professional
development. * Act as a co-coordinating
forum. * Provide practical support and assistance by sharing expertise, knowledge and experience. * Have conferences, meetings, lectures and training courses. * Distribute written publication in the form of books, pamphlets, journals and articles
for the on-going development process. * Develop co-operative relationships and arrangements with, organizations, institutions
and individuals that promote or are engaged in or interested in women’s activities.
